Who does TonerPrinter supply?
Our services are primarily focused on B2B clients, wholesalers, resellers and consumables dealers. We also sell products to end customers.
Do you also sell alternative consumables (compatible, refurbished products)?
TonerPrinter specializes only in premium quality supplies. This means that in TonerPrinter you will find consumables only from original manufacturers, never compatible or refurbished toners.
How can I get a quotation from TonerPrinter?
We can answer your requests via phone or email. If you prefer a different channel, let us know and we will adapt. We recommend filling in the business partner form at the bottom of the Wholesale and Dealer page.
How can I order goods from TonerPrinter?
You can order our goods either by phone or by e-mail (We are also preparing the e-shop).
When do you ship goods?
If no other date has been agreed, we will ship your goods immediately. If the goods are not in stock, the order is registered and will be shipped as soon as the goods are available. Your dealer will inform you when to expect the goods.
How long does parcel delivery take?
Within Slovakia, your items are delivered 1 business day after dispatch. Within the EU, this is usually 1-3 business days. Outside the EU, the delivery time is individual. Contact your sales representative for more information.
What is the minimum order for free postage?
Within the Slovak Republic, postage and packing is free with orders over 100 EUR. For shipping cost to other EU member countries, please contact our sales department.
How long does pallet delivery take?
Pallet delivery takes 1-4 days after dispatch across the EU. Outside the EU, the delivery time is individual, check with your dealer.
How can I pay for the goods?
Within the Slovak Republic, you can use cash on delivery. In the rest of the EU, you can pay in advance, receive an invoice or use PayPal.
What are the opening hours of the TonerPrinter store?
Our warehouse is open on business days from 8:00 to 14:00 (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM CET). TonerPrinter is closed at the weekends and on holidays.
